Example: Text File

A text file will be created of your chosen dataset, using the selected delimiter to separate the values.

Initial dataset:

Example 1: Semicolon as delimiter

Configuration:

File name: Dataset 1

File Location: C:\New text files

Delimiter: Semicolon

Timestamp type: Local

Resulting text file:

Example 2: “Other” as delimiter

Configuration:

Dataset 2

File Location: C:\New text files

Delimiter: Other “__”

Timestamp type: UTC

Resulting text file:

This example exported the same dataset used in example 1, however the delimiter, and the timestamp configuration was changed. Note the differences in the resulting exported datasets.
